To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide:

We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.
We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties, pets or disturbances are allowed.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.

The neighborhood
The neighbourhood is best known for its many restaurants, bars and shops. There is something for every taste and budget, whether you are looking for traditional Lyon cuisine or more exotic dishes. There are also plenty of bars, with lively terraces where you can enjoy a drink with friends or family.
The area is also home to many shops, from small independent boutiques to major international brands. You will find everything you need for your stay in Lyon, whether souvenirs, clothes or local produce (Avenue de Saxe, Gambetta, Cours Vitton...).
Getting around
Paid street parking; public transport, cycling and/or walking are recommended:
- Metro A Masséna, 6 minutes from the flat (Bellecour).
- Metro B Brotteaux, 4 minutes from the flat (Part-Dieu).

Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you an Ava link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out.
Only one set of keys will be provided for the entire duration of your stay.
Proper air conditioning lets you cool the room down in hot weather.
Check-in is only from 4:00 pm and check-out is always strictly before 10:00 am.
Early check-in is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your arrival, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.
Rates: 3 pm: €15, 2 pm: €20, 1 pm: €30, 12 pm: €40, earlier on request.
Late check-out is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your departure, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.
Rates: 11 am: €20, 12 pm: €30, 1 pm: €40, 2 pm: €50, later on request.
Please note that smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the flat and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams find the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fine of at least €300.
Please note:
- The flat does not accept children or babies
- The flat is lived in by the owner, and some cupboards are filled with her belongings (upper kitchen cupboards, TV unit, part of the shower room unit; a walk-in wardrobe in the entrance is locked and inaccessible)
- When you go to the bin room, you must take the dedicated key on the key ring to get back into the building
