- Two generous sofas and an armchair to settle in comfortably.
- A TV facing the lounge, with access to all French channels. You can also log in to your own Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ accounts… Remember to log out of your accounts before you leave.
- A large table for sharing meals or settling down to work.
- Fixed reversible air conditioning, to stay cool in summer and enjoy pleasant warmth in winter.
- Double-glazed picture windows that improve sound insulation and keep the interior quiet.
FULL-LENGTH BALCONY
The balcony runs the full width of the flat and extends the living spaces outdoors. Furnished with a table and seating, it is perfect for a morning coffee, reading a few pages or taking a break at the end of the day.

Open to the living area, the kitchen offers generous worktops, plenty of storage and full equipment so you can cook as you wish.

ESSENTIALS FOR YOUR STAY
Wi-Fi is available in the flat.
We provide bed linen, towels, a bath mat and a tea towel. A welcome kit with hand soap, tea and coffee also awaits you to start your stay.
Linen and consumables are not changed or replenished during your stay. For several nights, bring your own personal products and extra coffee or tea.
Cleaning is carried out before each arrival by a specialised company.
GUEST ACCESS
You have the whole flat and its balcony to yourself.
Check-in and check-out are self-service via a key box. Once your booking is confirmed, a Yaago link will give you all the access instructions and useful information for your stay.
Only one set of keys is provided.

If you come by car, street parking in the surrounding area is subject to the rates and hours displayed on site.

RESPECTING THE PROPERTY
The property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. Smoking or vaping indoors is prohibited. Parties and pets are not allowed.
Please respect the peace of the residence, take care of the furniture and let us know of any incident. Any damage or exceptional cleaning costs may be subject to a reimbursement request with supporting evidence.
