Like the rest of the flat, the shower room has been freshly renovated.

• A vanity unit
• A mirror lit all the way round, ideal for getting ready, applying make-up or shaving
• WC in the same room
• A hairdryer
• Bath, hand and hair towels
• Hand soap

LAUNDRY AREA

In the entrance, a fitted cupboard hides a proper laundry area, particularly handy for longer stays.

You will find:

• A washing machine
• The supplies needed to use it, so you don't have to bring your own detergent

An iron and ironing board are also at your disposal.

GARAGE & RESIDENCE GARDEN

A closed lock-up garage with an up-and-over door is at your disposal on level -1 of the building.

It is suitable for small and medium-sized cars, especially city cars. Large SUVs, 4×4s and large people carriers, such as the Peugeot 5008, Renault Grand Scénic or Volkswagen Sharan, are not suited to this garage.

You also have access to the residence's private garden, shared with its residents. Well kept, it offers a pleasant setting for reading, having a coffee or relaxing.

COMFORT & LONG STAYS

The flat has very high-speed Wi-Fi for remote working, video calls or enjoying your favourite content.

Its comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, storage and laundry with washing machine and supplies let you settle in for a few nights or several weeks.

The building is secure and is next to the local police station.

Gratte-Ciel metro, 2 minutes' walk away, makes it easy to reach central Lyon and the Presqu'île, then continue exploring on foot.

BY CAR

Park in the closed lock-up garage on level -1, suitable for small and medium-sized cars. It is not suitable for large SUVs, 4×4s or large people carriers.

LATE CHECK-OUT

Late check-out can also be arranged on request, to be made 24 to 48 hours before your departure, subject to availability:

• Until 12 pm: €30
• Until 1 pm: €40
• Until 2 pm: €50
• After 2 pm: on request only

Early check-ins and late check-outs must be confirmed by our team before you can benefit from them.

HOUSE RULES

To preserve everyone's comfort and the quality of the flat:

• The property is strictly non-smoking
• Vaping indoors is also prohibited
• Parties, gatherings and noise disturbances are not allowed
• The number of guests stated at booking must be respected, up to a maximum of 4 people
• The property and its equipment must be respected and left in a reasonable condition

In the event of damage, a reimbursement request may be made via the platform.

If traces of tobacco or vaping, smells, burns or cigarette butts require intervention, restoration costs starting from €300 may be claimed via the platform, with supporting evidence of the costs incurred.

BABY EQUIPMENT

On request, we can provide for the entire duration of your stay:

• A travel cot: €25, without bed linen
• A high chair: €25
• The travel cot and high chair: €35 for both
