The space
This flat, located between the ground floor and the 1st floor (no lift), is ideal for up to four adults and one child (comfortable 140 cm x 190 cm bed, a sofa bed for two adults 140 cm x 190 cm and a convertible bench for a child 90 cm x 190 cm).

- The lounge corner with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 person (140 cm x 190 cm) and a smart TV (so you can log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, MyCanal, etc.)
- A table for 5 people
- A convertible bench suitable for 1 child only (90 cm x 190 cm)
THE KITCHEN:
- A functional kitchen with an under-counter fridge, a two-ring hob, an extractor hood and an oven offers every comfort for your stay
- Breakfast essentials are provided: Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster
THE BEDROOM:
- The bedroom with a comfortable double bed offers a moment of pure relaxation (140 cm x 190 cm)
- Quality bedding for extra comfort (sheets/towels are not changed during your stay)
- The bedroom window looks onto the car park entrance inside the building
SHOWER ROOM:
- A lovely shower room with a hairdryer and a garment steamer, as well as all toiletry essentials (bath and hand towels, bath mat, soap, etc.)
- The WC is in the bathroom

To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide:
- bed linen (not changed during your stay)
- towels and bath mats (not changed during your stay)
- a tea towel (not changed during your stay)
- hand soap (welcome kit for the first night only, not replenished during your stay)
- tea and coffee (welcome kit for the first night only, not replenished during your stay)
- cooking basics: salt, pepper, etc. (not replenished during your stay)
We recommend bringing your own supplies (soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.) if you are staying several days.
We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.
We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties, pets or disturbances are allowed.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.
Early check-in is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your arrival, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.
Rates: 3 pm: €15, 2 pm: €20, 1 pm: €30, 12 pm: €40, earlier on request.
Late check-out is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your departure, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.

The neighborhood
LYON 1er is a district steeped in history.
You will be immersed in the very heart of Lyon. An ideal location to explore everything on foot and make the most of the area.
- 1-minute walk from Hôtel de Ville metro (line A)
- 2-minute walk from the C3 bus (Hôtel de Ville)
- 3-minute walk from Cordelier metro (line A)
- Right by the shops (food, culture, shopping, restaurants, bars, cafés, cinemas, town hall, hairdressers, gym, museums, etc.)
- 2-minute walk from the banks of the Saône and the Rhône
- 2 minutes from the Terreaux car park or 5 minutes from the Saint-Antoine car park for parking
Very close to public transport (metro and bus), you can do everything on foot.
Getting around
The property is very close to the Opéra or Hôtel de Ville car park on the banks of the Rhône, or the Terreaux car park.
Street parking is paid during the day but free in the evenings from 7 pm and every Sunday (except for exceptions we cannot tell you about).
On foot, you can easily reach the property by metro (line A - Hôtel de Ville station).
By bus, the C3 runs from Part-Dieu towards Hôtel de Ville, very close to the property.
Other things to note
Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you an Ava link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service via a key box (which is not located in the building but an 8-minute walk away, as there is no code to access the building). Likewise, for your departure you will need to drop the keys back there.
Only one set of keys will be provided for the entire duration of your stay.
Check-in is only from 4:00 pm and check-out is always strictly before 10:00 am.
Please note that smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the flat and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams find the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fine of at least €300.
PLEASE NOTE:
- The bedroom looks directly into the inside of the building (which also faces the door of the residence's car park)
- The door can be noisy when opening, which can be heard from the bedroom and may cause a disturbance
- The flat is really suited to 4 people (comfortably) but can accommodate 5 people with a bench designed for a child (sheets provided for all beds)
We can provide a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25 (we do not provide bed linen or a mattress).
