The space
This house is ideal for 4 people (2 bedrooms with 160 cm x 200 cm and 140 cm x 200 cm beds).
LIVING AREA:
A lovely, warm living area with a large, fully equipped open-plan kitchen leading onto a terrace with a sunny private garden.
The lounge area offers a cosy space with a comfortable sofa. Ideal for sharing unforgettable moments with your loved ones.
A ceiling fan to cool the room
KITCHEN:
A very functional kitchen with a fridge, hob and oven offers every comfort for your stay. Breakfast essentials are also provided: a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster.
THE BEDROOMS:
- The 1st bedroom offers a new, hotel-quality 160 cm x 200 cm bed.
- In the 2nd bedroom you will have a pleasant space with a 140 cm x 200 cm bed opening onto a balcony overlooking the garden.
On the same level is a large shared walk-in wardrobe with hangers to store your belongings if you are staying for a longer period.
You will find a standing fan in each bedroom
On the mezzanine (2nd floor) you will have access to a quiet, private desk area for remote working if needed. (Please note that the office area does not all have full headroom; some parts are under 1.80 m)
SHOWER ROOM:
A lovely, large shower room with a hairdryer and all toiletry essentials (bath, hand and hair towels, soap, etc.).
The WC is separate and private
Wi-Fi throughout the house.
To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide:
- bed linen (not changed during your stay)
- towels and bath mats (not changed during your stay)
- a tea towel (not changed during your stay)
- hand soap not replenished during your stay)
- tea and coffee not replenished during your stay)
- cooking basics: sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, etc. not replenished during your stay)
We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.
We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the property. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties, pets or disturbances are allowed.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.

Very close to Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University (4-minute walk), ideally close to Parc Blandan for a stroll, with restaurants and bars all around.
Metro line D is just a 2-minute walk away (Sans Souci), taking you to Bellecour in 8 minutes or Grange Blanche in 4 minutes.

You can get around:
On foot with nearby public transport (metro D Sans Souci, buses 69 and C25, and tram T4).
Public transport is just a few minutes' walk from the property.
By car via the motorways and Lyon's streets (plenty of parking spaces nearby).

Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE: The house is not single-storey; there is one floor up to the bedrooms and a second level up to the office.
The house is the owners' main residence, which they rent out while they travel. They leave products on site that you may use during your stay: in the fridge (butter, various sauces, etc.) and in the cupboards (spices, pasta, rice, etc.)
Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you an Ava link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out.
Only one set of keys will be provided for the entire duration of your stay.
Check-in is only from 4:00 pm and check-out is always strictly before 10:00 am.
Early check-in is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your arrival, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.
Rates: 3 pm: €15, 2 pm: €20, 1 pm: €30, 12 pm: €40, earlier on request.
Late check-out is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your departure, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.
Rates: 11 am: €20, 12 pm: €30, 1 pm: €40, 2 pm: €50, later on request.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the flat and we apply a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams find the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a deposit of at least €300.
We can provide a travel cot for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25 (we do not provide bed linen or a mattress).
We can provide a high chair for the entire duration of your stay for an extra €25. Or both for an extra €35.
